Direction:
 - For body: heat the mud to become warm( put the Jar in a hot water and don’t direct heat ) , apply a thick layer to any part of the body for 15 min. Then wash with warm water and dry by a towel.
It is preferable to use FORTUNE body lotion after drying.

- For scalp: Apply a thick Layer by using a brush, leave it for 20 min

- For painful muscles and joints and for after sport: Put mud in to bowl, Heat the mud to body temperature, apply on painful parts and rinse after 10 minutes with lukewarm water.

- For Feet: Apply a generous layer of Mud on your feet and rinse with lukewarm water after 5 minutes.
